How to create an account on the
e-commerce site www.ftppianoforti.com
Registration is free and differentiated according to the type of account: Private and Company / VAT Number.
To create a PRIVATE ACCOUNT
1. Click on "LOGIN" at the top right of the page and then on "CREATE ONE NOW HERE" at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter the required data and click on "Save".
3. Only during your first purchase, you will have the option to choose "Private".
4. You will also be prompted to enter your billing and shipping address.
5. You have now created your Private account. You will receive an e-mail with a summary of your login data. (You can change / add personal data and addresses by clicking on your name at the top right of our web page).
6. From now on you can order the products you prefer.
To create a COMPANY / VAT NUMBER ACCOUNT
1. Click on "LOGIN" at the top right of the page and then on "CREATE ONE NOW HERE" at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter the required data and click on "Save".
3. You will need to place your first order to see the option to choose "Company / VAT number"
(Don't worry, your first order will also enjoy wholesale prices)
4. You will also be prompted to enter your billing and shipping address.
5. You have now created your Company / VAT number account. You will receive an e-mail with a summary of your login data. (You can change / add personal data and addresses by clicking on your name at the top right of our web page).
6. The order you will place and the prices you will see will be retail prices. FTP will verify the correctness of your data. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the activation of your account.
7. From the moment you receive this e-mail you will be able to log into your account and view the wholesale prices.
Attention: After receiving the confirmation via e-mail that the VAT number has been checked, if you do not log in to your account, the prices you will see will be retail.
If you are registering during the purchase phase and you are a Company / VAT number, remember that before viewing the wholesale prices, you will need to place your first order (with private prices) and wait for the activation confirmation of your account that you will receive by e-mail from FTP. Only after receiving this email you will be able to view wholesale prices on our website. Don't worry, your first order will also benefit from the wholesale prices.
