1. INTRODUCTION

The forwarding of the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and what is indicated in the order form.

2.2.1 By placing an order through this e-commerce site, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2.2 The Customer is prohibited from entering false and / or invented and / or fictional names in the online ordering procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

2.2.3 By accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer also exonerates the Seller from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by you at the time of placing the online order, being the Customer himself, the only one responsible for their correct insertion.

3 - PURCHASE METHOD

3.1 By online sales contract we mean the distance contract concerning the sale of movable goods (hereinafter products) stipulated between you, the Customer and FTP, as Seller, in the context of an e-commerce service organized by the Seller which, for this purpose, uses the distance communication technology known as the Internet.

3.1.2 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

a) select one or more products from the online catalog of the website www.ftppianoforti.com

b) fill out the order form in electronic format following the relevant procedures

c) send the order to FTP

d) FTP sends an automatic e-mail to the Customer confirming receipt of the order

e) FTP checks the availability of the products in stock

f) FTP sends the order invoice via e-mail with the final amount including shipping costs

g) FTP sends the goods following the different conditions established for the chosen payment method

3.1.3 The images, photographs and any representation on the website www.ftppianoforti.com has a purely illustrative function. 4 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

4.1 - PAYPAL

4.1.1 In case of purchase with PayPal, FTP sends the invoice to the Customer via e-mail on which he will find, at the bottom left, a button with the wording "PAY NOW" where the Customer will have to click and will be automatically connected to the circuit PayPal through which you can make the payment. PayPal will immediately debit the amount relating to the purchase made on the FTP PayPal account.

4.1.2 In the event of total or partial cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the same by FTP, the company will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the amount charged. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (24th day from the date of authorization). Once the transaction has been canceled, in no case can FTP be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.

4.1.3 At no time during the purchase procedure is FTP able to know the information relating to your credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), transmitted via a connection protected by a directly encrypted protocol. to the website of the person managing the electronic payment. 4.1.4 FTP can keep such data only upon the explicit request and consent of the Customer. This can only happen for one transaction.

4.2 - CASH ON DELIVERY

4.2.1 In the case of cash on delivery (only for national shipments), FTP sends the invoice to the Customer via e-mail. FTP will ship the goods only after order confirmation via e-mail.

4.2.2 The payment of the total amount shown on the invoice must be paid to a company dedicated to transport at the time of delivery (GLS or TNT courier). The payment of the goods by the receiver must be made in cash or by bank check. Cash payment can only be made for amounts up to 999.00 (nine hundred and ninety nine) euros in total in compliance with law decree no. 201 of 6 December 2011.

4.2.3 The courier guarantees the delivery of the goods to the Customer only upon payment of what has been agreed and returns the sum to the sender. 4.3.2 The purpose of the advance bank transfer must necessarily include: - the order number - the date of the order - name and surname or company name of the order holder (Customer) The data to carry out the advance transfer are shown on the invoice.

4.3.3 The bank charges incurred by the Customer for the advance transfer are exclusively borne by the same.

5 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

5.1 The availability of products in stock may vary, given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users or because the ordered goods are on arrival or on order. For this reason, FTP reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the existing goods in its warehouse or that of its suppliers. The Customer may request: - the cancellation of the order, even partial - the addition of a product or other products, including substitutes, to the missing product - the waiting for the missing product or products after anticipating delivery In the case of discontinued production of an article or for exceptional reasons not dependent on the company, the same will notify the customer via e-mail or telephone. 6 - SALE PRICES

6.3 The packaging is free and is not calculated as a cost for the customer, therefore it is charged to FTP, with the exception of packaging with high volumes, outside conventional standards, which will be counted in the final amount on the invoice.

6.4 We do not ship for an amount of less than 50.00 (fifty) Euros taxable (excluding VAT and shipping costs) for Company / VAT and Private account.

6.5 For orders from companies or holders of VAT numbers, a discount is always applied based on the taxable amount shown on the invoice.

7 - METHOD OF SHIPPING

7.1 FTP can accept orders for delivery to European Union countries and non-European Union countries.

7.2 For each order placed on the e-commerce site www.ftppianoforti.com, FTP issues an invoice which is sent to the Customer after processing the order and an accompanying invoice for the material shipped which is included in the package. For the issuance of the invoice, the information and data provided by the Customer at the time of the order or the communications received in subsequent phases are authentic. 7.2.1 The invoice that is included in the package is always accompanied by the transport document (DDT), both included in the package itself, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer.

7.3 Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated on the invoice. Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the total order, except for problems in the course of work.

7.3.1 The delivery methods and shipping costs will be evaluated and established by FTP mainly based on the destination (Italy, Europe, Extra-Europe), the weight and volume of the package and also based on the urgency and destination. .

7.4 No responsibility can be attributed to FTP in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the order. 7.5 The delivery of what is ordered means at street level unless otherwise communicated to FTP (via e-mail), when ordering. 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1.2 FTP will proceed, within 30 days from the return of the goods, to the re-credit of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and withholding only the amount of the shipping costs. The re-credit will be made by bank transfer or PayPal. - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the FTP headquarters, available to the Customer for collection at his expense.

9 - CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

9.1 All orders are binding and can be canceled only and exclusively if the goods have not yet been shipped. The order can only be canceled by written communication to be sent by e-mail to info@ftppianoforti.com. For orders already processed, the Customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.

12 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes relating to and / or consequent to them must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. 12.2 If the Customer acts instead in the exercise of his business, commercial, craft or professional activity, the parties consensually establish the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vicenza.
