How to Order

Buying our products online is:

Just follow the steps below:

SEARCH ITEM

By entering a category or sub-category of products from the central menu, you will be able to view the articles of your interest. Alternatively, you can also search for an article by entering a term or a product code in the search field at the top left. Subsequently, by clicking on the product code or image, the product sheet will open and you will also find other useful information. If you decide to purchase the displayed product, you just need to click on the blue “Add to cart” button.

SUMMARY (of the cart)

Now the product is in the cart. To check the cart and complete the order, you can click on the blue "Cart" button at the top right of the page. Here is the summary of the cart with all products and amounts (excluding shipping costs). Check that everything is right. You can delete any items entered incorrectly or change the quantities. If you want to add more articles, continue to search normally for the one you are interested in. If you wish to conclude your purchase, click: "Checkout".

LOGIN

-If you have an account and are already logged in, you can proceed directly with the purchase.

-If you have an account, but have not yet logged in, you can enter here your e-mail address and password to proceed with the purchase.

-If you DON'T have an account and it is therefore the first time you buy:

For PRIVATE account: click on "Sign in" at the top right, then click on "create one here" and enter all the necessary data for registration and click on "Save". After registering, you can proceed with your purchase.

For COMPANY / VAT number account: click on "Sign in" at the top right, then click on "create one here" and enter all the necessary data for registration and click on "Save". After registering, you will continue to view retail prices. This is because you will first have to place your first order and then wait for the wholesale price release confirmation that you will receive via e-mail from FTP. Don't worry, your first order will also benefit of wholesale prices. From the next order, you will see our wholesale prices directly on our online website.

ADDRESS

You can now check your billing and delivery information. To update your billing address (except VAT number), click "Change". If your billing address does not match your delivery address you can create a new delivery address by clicking "Add a new address". Remember to select the delivery address you prefer. Click the "Continue" button.

SHIPMENT

This page reminds you that the FTP Company will undertake to search and establish the most suitable type of shipment for your order. Wait for the proforma invoice / order via email where the shipping cost will also be included. Click the "Continue" button.

PAYMENT

Select the payment method you prefer: advance bank transfer, cash on delivery or PayPal. After accepting the Conditions of Sale, click the "Send the order" button.

* Warning: cash on delivery shipments are made only in Italy.

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!

You will immediately receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of the order. We suggest that you check the receipt of this e-mail. If you do not receive it, please notify us by phone or e-mail.
