All orders are shipped directly from FTP to the customer. FTP establishes how to send the goods to the customer (courier or post), in order to offer the most suitable and convenient shipping methode according to the type of goods, the weight and volume of the package, but not only, also based on the urgency and the destination. The shipping costs are shown on the invoice and the customer is afford to pay it. The packaging is free of charge and it is not counted as a cost for the customer. High volumes of packaging, so outside the conventional standards are counted in the final invoice (total invoice). ▶ All orders are binding and can be returned only if the goods have not been already sent. To return the products the customer is pleased to send a communication by e-mail indicating the goods to return. For orders already shipped the customer must follow our indications.
▶ You may revoke an order not later than 8 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, FTP should be contacted at (+39) 0444288725 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. The shipping costs for the return of the asset are charged to the customer also will not be reimbursed for the expenses of delivery to the customer and any other costs indicated at the time of order, subject to errors caused by FTP.
▶ Within 30 days FTP will reimbursed the customer after verifying the integrity of the goods, withholding only the shipping costs. The refund of the difference will be credit to the customer by bank transfer or by sending money using the PayPal payment system.
Bank transfer - the Buyer shall promptly notify by e-mail the bank details for reimbursement (IBAN and account holder).
PayPal - the Buyer shall promptly notify by e-mail his PayPal account details (e-mail) to receive the money back.
▶ The goods must be returned intact, with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes, packages, parcels), preserved and possibly used in the normal care, without any signs of wear or dirty. For further information and details see our Terms and Conditions.
